I recently had the wonderful opportunity to visit Argentina. I was immediately mesmerized by its splendorous beauty, its friendly people, its great food and excellent wines. The cultural parallels between this South American gem and my native L'Aquila transported me back to my childhood and its bundles of wonderful memories.

In Italy we don't just eat, we enjoy a meal. In Argentina you don't just live, you celebrate life.

And now my dear friends, I invite you to stop by and share with me the best from these two equally passionate worlds right here in the heart of my adoptive land, Connecticut.

Tango Italiano Restaurant and Bar has a little something for everyone. Our newly updated dining room is ideal for any occasion from a quiet romantic dinner to that must impress business meeting. We strive to not only offer incredible cuisine, but a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere that will keep you coming back for more. Our menu blends traditional Italian flare with a touch of exotic Argentinian flavors that are always exciting and delicious. Our full bar offers Happy Hour 5 days a week from Tuesday through Saturday with drink specials and two for one tapas from 4:00 until 7:00 and is available on our beautiful patio until 6:00. Sports fans can relax and watch the game on our 72 inch tv and still enjoy an amazing meal.

Our private dining room can accommodate parties for up to 40 guests and is perfect for business functions, rehearsal dinners or any other special event you may be planning. We offer special package dinners or we can customize your own menu to better suit your needs. [PRIVATE DINING ROOM]

Effective June 1st, Tango will be open for dinner on Sundays from 4-9 pm and closed Mondays.
